Role Overview
F&B Runner at wasl, part of Viya, a leading golf and hospitality management group operating championship golf courses, award-winning restaurants, and premium leisure facilities across the UAE. Location: Topgolf Dubai.

Role Purpose
F&B Runners support best-in-class service and hospitality by delivering hot, freshly prepared food to Guests with outstanding energy and urgency. They make Guests feel welcome, engage with them, work with teammates to ensure Guests are cared for, and help make their visits to Topgolf memorable.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Deliver food items quickly so they remain hot, fresh, and appetizing.
- Ensure bays are clean and ready for Guests.
- Greet every Guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Greet every Guest encountered in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Engage with Guests and ensure they are well cared for at all times.
- Show flexibility by assisting Bay Hosts in caring for Guests in whatever way is needed.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure Guest safety while they play the game.
- Protect Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible alcohol service.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed to prevent accidents or injury in the venue.
- Adhere to service standards including timeliness, quality, accuracy, and sanitation.
Standards & Appearance
- Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times, adhering to company dress standards including name badge and high standards of personal hygiene.
- Project positivity and have fun.

Operations & Maintenance
- Keep common areas clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Attend daily pre-shift and department meetings.
IT Security
- Read, understand, and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and Procedures of wasl DG.
- Cooperate, coordinate, and share information with Internal and External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.
- Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the wasl IT Department.
- Report all Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, and incidents (actual or suspected breaches) immediately to the IT Service Desk.

Reporting Structure
Reports to: Hospitality Manager or Assistant Hospitality Manager
Ancillary Duties
- Participate in various extra activities contributing towards individual and organizational growth in line with the Club's strive for continuous improvement.
- Represent the department or group in various committees, such as the Staff Committee, Green Theme (environmental), Food Committee, or Sport Committee, or on projects.
- May be trained as a Fire Marshall or First Aider.
