Role Purpose

As a Hospitality Ambassador on the front line of guest interactions, you will provide prompt and courteous service delivery to all guests in the food and beverage outlets. You are a key influencing factor in guest satisfaction and responsible for ensuring guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort provided.

Service Delivery

• Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests.
• Ensure timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets.

Knowledge & Professional Development

• Develop complete knowledge of all menus, beverages, services and facilities provided by the hotel.
• Continuously develop professional skills to further increase guest satisfaction.

Operations & Safety

• Work as a team within all departments.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic work area.
• Uphold the privacy rights of guests.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
