Role Overview
Food & Beverage Caddie at Viya (wasl Hospitality & Leisure), based at Topgolf in Dubai. Reports to the Hospitality Manager or Assistant Hospitality Manager.

Role Purpose
Food and Beverage Caddies support best-in-class service at Topgolf by delivering beverages and hospitality to guests with outstanding energy and urgency. The role combines technical expertise in beverage service with genuine guest engagement to ensure memorable experiences and exemplary care throughout each visit.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Engagement
- Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Engage with guests and ensure they are well cared for at all times.
- Make guests feel welcome and work with team members to ensure comprehensive guest care.
- Project positivity and have fun.
Beverage Service
- Pick up alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages from the appropriate bar.
- Ensure beverages are delivered quickly so they remain cold, fresh, and appetizing.
- Dispense and serve nonalcoholic beverages.
- Protect guests and community by observing the rules of responsible alcohol service.
Facility Maintenance & Preparation
- Ensure bays are clean and ready for guests.
- Keep common areas clean, organized, and well stocked.
- Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times, adhering to company dress standards and name badge requirements, with high standards of personal hygiene.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure guest safety while they play the game.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed to prevent accidents or injury in the venue.
- Adhere to service standards including timeliness, quality, accuracy, and sanitation.
Operations & Standards
- Attend daily pre-shift and department meetings.
- Show flexibility by assisting Bay Hosts in caring for guests in whatever way is needed.
- Be aware of and demonstrate Topgolf Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
- Apply the 4 Service Targets throughout serving internal and external customers.
- Be aware of Dubai Golf Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Apply the 4 Service Steps throughout serving internal and external customers.
Information Security
- Read, understand, and comply with all applicable Information Security Policies and Procedures of wasl DG.
- Cooperate, coordinate, and share information with Internal and External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.
- Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the wasl IT Department.
- Immediately report all Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, or suspected incidents to the IT Service Desk.
Ancillary Duties
- Participate in various extra activities contributing towards individual and organizational growth in line with the club's continuous improvement objectives.
- Represent the department or a group in various committees, such as the Staff Committee, Green Theme (environmental), Food Committee, or Sport Committee.
- May be trained as a Fire Marshall or First Aider.
