Role Purpose

Serve as a Hospitality Ambassador on the front line of guest interactions, delivering prompt and courteous service in food and beverage outlets. You are a key influencing factor in guest satisfaction, responsible for ensuring guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort provided.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests at all times.
• Ensure timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets.
• Work as a team within all departments.

Guest Experience & Knowledge

• Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services and facilities provided by the hotel.
• Continuously develop professional skills to increase guest satisfaction.

Safety, Hygiene & Guest Privacy

• Ensure a safe and hygienic work area.
• Uphold the privacy rights of all guests.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
