Role Purpose
As a Hospitality Ambassador on the front line of guest interactions, you are responsible for providing prompt and courteous service delivery to all guests. You will be a key influencing factor in guest satisfaction, ensuring guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in food and beverage outlets while working efficiently within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests as a Hospitality Ambassador for the resort.
- Ensure guests are delighted by the quality of service and comfort in food and beverage outlets.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities provided by the resort.
Operations
- Work as a team within all departments to ensure timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic work area.
- Uphold the privacy rights of guests.
Professional Development
- Continuously develop professional skills to further increase guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
- English speaking.
