Role Purpose

Deliver unforgettable dining experiences through warm hospitality, inspired recommendations, and seamless service from starter to dessert and beyond, ensuring every meal is truly memorable for guests while maintaining the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Guest Experience

• Strive to make every meal truly memorable for guests by serving to high standards with signature flair.
• Deliver a warm welcome, inspired recommendations, and seamless service throughout the dining experience.

Kitchen & Operations

• Own kitchen management by keeping it well stocked, clean, and safe for all team members.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when the team requires support.
• Minimize waste and maintain operational efficiency.

Safety & Compliance

• Report to supervisor or duty manager any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents immediately.
• Comply with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol.

Flexibility & Support

• Take on ad-hoc duties to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Physical strength to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
• Competency in reading, writing, and basic mathematics.
• Must be above the minimum age required by local law to serve alcohol.
• Fluency in local language.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills with a warm, welcoming, and approachable demeanor.
