Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional Food & Beverage service while maintaining service standards and procedures, preventing complaints, and ensuring service recovery where needed, always with the guest's interests at heart.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Delivery
- Conduct all operational tasks in Food & Beverage service while living up to service standards and procedures.
- Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
- Go the extra mile where you can.
Stakeholder Management
- Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest's interests at heart.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of one-year experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
- Minimum of a high school diploma required; College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English required; additional language is an asset.
