Facility Management Engineer – Civil

Role Overview

Facility Management Engineer – Civil at Burjline Builders. The role is based in Qatar and supports the delivery of civil maintenance and FM services, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable Qatar standards.

Role Purpose

Support the delivery of civil maintenance and FM services, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable Qatar standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Management

• Manage and monitor preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

Inspections & Defect Identification

• Conduct inspections and identify building and civil defects.
• Prepare technical reports, work plans, and corrective action recommendations.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate technicians, contractors, and maintenance activities.
• Support project and FM management activities.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with Qatar codes, HSE, quality, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Facility Management and/or Project Management within the GCC.
• UPDA/MMUP Grade B or C – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance works.
• Good understanding of Qatar standards and codes.
