Role Overview

Executive - Key Accounts at Al Ghurair Property Management, Commercial team, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Develop and manage key accounts within a commercial real estate portfolio by securing leasing clients, maintaining occupancy and revenue targets, ensuring operational readiness of units, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with community standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Business Development

  • Arrange viewings for potential leasing clients.
  • Lease designated portfolio by achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Establish contacts with companies and brokers to expand lead generation.
  • Handle all incoming calls and provide information to clients.
  • Update all leads received in the CRM system.
  • Follow up all hot potential leads.
  • Handle renewals and related negotiations.

Portfolio Management & Operations

  • Ensure that all units managed under the portfolio are operational and ready to lease.
  • Conduct check-in and check-out inspections for units with tenants as per process.
  • Coordinate with tenants to provide access where and when required for maintenance work.

Compliance & Enforcement

  • Identify violations within the community and issue violation or breaches notices accordingly.
  • Keep records and follow up on violations to ensure that community rules are followed.

Administration & Reporting

  • Ensure all relevant paperwork has been provided to the office once the deal has been finalized.
  • Maintain all records.
  • Prepare reports to provide the manager with timely information review of property management activities and service providers' performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
  • Certified specialized courses in relevant segments of the real estate profession.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Property Management.
  • Experience in Dubai Real Estate Market (non-freehold) is mandatory.
  • Experience from reputed real estate developers or landlords in delivering high customer satisfaction and customer experience scores.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the UAE property market, with experience in working with third-party clients.
