Executive Driver

Role Overview

Executive Driver at ADIB, Abu Dhabi. The primary duty is to transport Executive staff to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe, and efficient manner.

Role Purpose

Provide reliable, professional transportation for Executive staff while maintaining vehicle readiness, planning optimal routes, and ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics and Travel

• Consult maps and navigation devices to plan desired routes before each trip.
• Check radio, online traffic reports, and weather forecasts for departure and destination locations.
• Advise Executive staff of potential or existing adverse conditions.
• Suggest alternative routes or travel time adjustments as needed.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Keep the vehicle immaculate in appearance and mechanically sound at all times.
• Check engine fluids, inspect interior and exterior components, and maintain tire pressure.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical components regularly.
• Maintain adequate fuel levels.
• Schedule service appointments for mechanical work, scheduled maintenance, professional washing, and detail work.
• Facilitate vehicle transport to and from service facilities.
• Procure suitable alternate vehicles when needed during maintenance.

Professionalism and Working Conduct

• Maintain managed and courteous behavior in all driving and non-driving situations.
• Uphold good grooming, personal hygiene, and clean proper dress as instructed by the employer.
• Demonstrate calm, rational behavior and attitude under stressful language and gestures.
• Follow instructions and requests without argument or complaint.
• Do not comment, engage in, or join conversations with passengers without permission.
• Abstain from alcohol, illegal drugs, and prescription medications that inhibit cognitive or mechanical ability while on the job, on call, or before scheduled shifts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a driver.
• Minimum 3–4 years of public relations work in UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent communication in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of UAE locations, other banks, postal departments, and related facilities.
