Executive Advisor (ADNOC Gas)

Role Overview

Executive Advisor at ADNOC, based in the United Arab Emirates (ADNOC Gas). The role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert advice and insights to support corporate governance, business planning, strategic decision-making, and organizational performance.

Role Purpose

Drive executive-level initiatives, monitor strategic objectives, prepare high-impact reports and presentations, and ensure alignment between corporate strategy and business priorities. The role contributes to the achievement of ADNOC Gas' long-term business objectives through sound analysis, strategic recommendations, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and business plans.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic, operational, and corporate governance matters.
• Facilitate decision-making through data analysis, market insights, and business assessments.

Governance & Compliance

• Support the implementation of governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives and organizational performance against KPIs.

Executive Support & Reporting

• Prepare executive reports, briefing papers, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and executive-level initiatives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives and organizational priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, executive advisory, business planning, or leadership roles.
• Proven experience working directly with executive leadership teams and managing strategic initiatives.
• Experience within the energy, oil & gas, or large corporate environment is highly desirable.
