Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the school by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel and expense arrangements, and maintaining accurate records and documentation related to school activities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
- Provide administrative support to the school.
- Manage schedules, communication, and office tasks.
- Maintain records and documents related to school activities.
Coordination & Planning
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
