Role Overview

Events Executive at Palazzo Versace Dubai.

Role Purpose

Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, key accounts, and business partners to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts and monitor account and segment performance.

Client & Account Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, key accounts, and business partners.
• Manage assigned accounts, leads, and sales activities, ensuring accurate records.
• Conduct client presentations, site inspections, and hotel show-arounds.

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Operations & Coordination

• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces, and event offerings.
• Maintain accurate booking information in Opera and Delphi.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure effective communication and smooth coordination of client requirements.
• Support the Events team with client engagement, sales initiatives, and other assigned activities.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces, and event offerings.
• Proficiency with Opera and Delphi systems.
• Client presentation and relationship management.
• Market research and networking capability.
