Role Overview
ERP Project Manager at El Seif Engineering Contracting. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle ERP systems across the organization.

Role Purpose
The Oracle ERP Manager ensures that Oracle applications meet business needs, align with industry best practices, and support operational efficiency. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages vendor relationships, and collaborates with key business stakeholders to drive digital transformation and maintain financial system integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and optimization of Oracle ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, Projects, HRMS, and Supply Chain Management.
- Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud and Fusion trends and updates and assess their relevance to the organization.
Team & Project Management
- Manage a team of ERP analysts, developers, and consultants to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor system performance and user adoption and suggest enhancements.
Governance & Compliance
- Maintain and enforce strong governance, change management, and documentation practices.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external policies.
Operations & Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle ERP issues in coordination with IT and functional teams.
- Provide training and support to users on Oracle ERP functionalities and changes.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage Oracle ERP vendor relationships, contracts, and support services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong functional knowledge in Oracle modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Projects, and HRMS.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is highly desirable.
- ERP certification(s) in Oracle or PMP is an added advantage.
