Enterprise Account Executive II - MEA at Camunda, based remotely. This is an existing vacancy.

Role Purpose
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own and grow a defined territory in the MEA region, focusing on large enterprise accounts across the Public Sector. You will build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers, develop strategic account plans, generate new pipeline, and lead consultative sales cycles to expand Camunda's presence in one of its most exciting growth markets.
Key Responsibilities
Account Development & Growth
- Own and grow a defined territory in the MEA region, focusing on large enterprise accounts with 5,000+ employees across the Public Sector.
- Develop and execute strategic Account Plans that align with customer goals and Camunda's growth targets.
Relationship Building
- Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers in both business and IT, driving meaningful conversations and long-term value.
- Navigate complex buying centres, influencing both IT and business stakeholders at the C-level.
Pipeline Generation
- Generate new pipeline through outbound campaigns, ecosystem partners, and creative prospecting.
- Build new pipeline from scratch with initiative, grit, and ownership.
Sales Execution
- Lead consultative, value-based sales cycles using proven methodologies such as MEDDICC and Challenger Sales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure the best possible customer outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in MEA, with a consistent track record of overachieving quota.
- Experience selling to large enterprises with 5,000+ employees, particularly in the Public Sector vertical.
- Proven ability to navigate complex buying centres and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
- Native fluency in Arabic and fluency in English.
- Familiarity with Camunda's product or process automation platforms is a nice-to-have.
- Experience working in a product-led or open-source software company is a nice-to-have.
- Passion for process improvement, automation, and helping customers modernise legacy systems is a nice-to-have.

Additional Information
Compensation
Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target) ranges from Standard to Major markets. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, typically hired in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
- United States: $244,600.00 to $394,400.00
- United Kingdom: Β£153,600.00 to Β£252,600.00
- Singapore: S$303,800.00 to S$455,700.00

Equity is also offered where applicable through the Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
