Role Purpose

Develop and implement stakeholder management strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination between project teams and external parties throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management Planning

• Develop, implement, and refine the project's Stakeholder Management Plan with comprehensive identification and mapping of all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with government authorities, utility providers, developers, contractors, and asset owners
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and ensure timely approvals and permits

Relationship & Issue Management

• Monitor stakeholder concerns and feedback, implementing mitigation strategies to address issues and maintain positive relationships

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive background in infrastructure project management and stakeholder engagement
• Proven experience liaising between multiple external parties on complex projects
