Role Overview
Engineer, Reliability at AMICTOHO Titanium Metal Company, a division of Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), based in Yanbu, KSA. This position reports directly to the Superintendent, Reliability & Engineering.

ATTM is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals.
Role Purpose
To ensure the reliability and availability of major instrument equipment and critical instrument systems by reviewing design, updating maintenance strategies, monitoring equipment data, analyzing performance, and improving repair techniques. Lead and facilitate RIS analysis on selected systems, serve as focal point for all RIS activity, ensure implementation and effectiveness of RIS recommendations, and drive continuous improvement of plant asset reliability through best practices and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor data of major critical equipment and systems to identify changes and improvements.
- Analyze relevant data to improve repair techniques and engineering functions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve unit problems in area of responsibility with guidance as needed.
- Perform statistical analysis and measurement of equipment performance.
Maintenance & Inspection
- Review basic inspection work ensuring relevant engineering requirements are adhered to with required assistance.
- Maintain high HSE standards and ensure a healthy, safe work environment and working practices.
- Review design and update all maintenance strategies for instrument equipment.
Reliability & Analysis
- Lead and facilitate RIS analysis on the company's selected systems.
- Serve as focal point for all RIS activity.
- Ensure implementation and effectiveness of RIS recommendations.
- Conduct incident and accident investigation.
- Apply damage mechanisms and fitness for service knowledge.
- Conduct piping, vessel, heat exchanger, and welding inspection.
Stakeholder & Technical Coordination
- Participate in technical issues with stakeholders addressing multifaceted problems and escalate with proposed resolution.
- Document and communicate assigned activities with timely identification and tracking.
- Maintain coordination and communication with senior level engineers and relevant parties.
Reporting & Documentation
- Monitor and report daily assignment to senior level engineers.
- Routinely update records within established procedures.
- Develop and provide engineering supporting documentation and plans as directed by senior level engineers.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Update all analysis to achieve AMIC-TOHO Reliability KPIs.
- Implement reliability best practices.
- Evaluate new technology and new ideas to continuously improve plant asset reliability.
- Perform tasks applying engineering knowledge to relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- Manage change control in operations and process safety management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Instrument Engineering, Control System Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience.
