Role Purpose
To ensure quality requirements are developed and maintained through effective quality control and processes including specifications for products, processes, and related activities, while leading and managing subordinates to deliver consistent operational and development targets on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Train subordinates and form a team to execute work effectively.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate subordinates to respective assignments.
- Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation of subordinates.
Operations & Delivery
- Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
- Resolve related problems and escalate complex operational issues.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.
Governance & Systems
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
- Comply with related policy, procedures, and work instructions.
Reporting
- Provide periodic reports detailing deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of work experience.
