Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning software and methodologies

Construction Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations

Monitoring & Control

• Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare detailed progress reports and performance documentation for stakeholders and project teams

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in construction planning, scheduling, and supervision

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency with industry-standard planning software and project management tools
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in dynamic construction environments
