Engineer - Discipline ((Arch, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural) EOI

Role Overview

Engineer – Discipline (Architectural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Utilities, or equivalent) with JASARA PMC, supporting construction supervision across multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Support the supervision of discipline-specific construction activities, ensuring that the Contractor's works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection & Monitoring

• Monitor and inspect Contractor works within the assigned discipline.
• Verify materials and completed works against approved requirements.
• Maintain inspection records and support project documentation.

Technical Review

• Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and RFIs.
• Identify and report non-conformances, defects, and technical issues.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the Contractor and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Senior/Lead Engineer.

Testing & Handover

• Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the consultancy field is preferred.
• Professional engineering registration/accreditation where applicable.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of relevant codes, standards, drawings, and specifications.
