Role Overview

Senior Associate, Data Analyst with Majid Al Futtaim in the Development division, supporting the Sales Operations team by analyzing business data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Role Purpose

Support the Sales Operations team by owning and analyzing business data across sales, collections, broker performance, and customer transactions. The role focuses on turning data into meaningful insights, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making through clear reporting and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze sales, collections, broker activity, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Interpret data to translate insights into actionable outcomes
• Develop dashboards and presentations highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations

Monitoring & Metrics

• Monitor key metrics such as sales conversion, collections, defaulters, and broker performance
• Support forecasting and performance tracking for leadership reviews

Data Quality & Integrity

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across CRM systems including sales, customer, and broker records
• Identify data gaps and inconsistencies and drive improvements in data quality

Reporting & Collaboration

• Deliver periodic reporting for leadership reviews
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CRM teams to validate data and ensure alignment

Process Improvement

• Enhance reporting efficiency through process improvements, automation, and documentation of data standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable outcomes
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and basic modelling
• Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Ability to create clear, structured presentations from data using PowerPoint
• Understanding of sales cycles, collections tracking, and performance metrics
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized
