Role Overview

Emirati Talent - Graduate, Finance at Majid Al Futtaim, Properties – Asset Management Business Unit, based in the United Arab Emirates. This is an 18-month graduate program.

Role Purpose

Join a comprehensive 18-month graduate development program designed to provide a solid foundation in the shopping malls industry. You will undergo six-month generalist rotations within support and business areas, followed by twelve months of specific placement in Marketing, gaining valuable hands-on experience and exposure across various functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Support

• Support day-to-day operations across assigned functions.
• Support project management, development, and delivery of presentations.

Learning & Development

• Participate in all assigned development programmes.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry.
• Gain knowledge, practical exposure, and experience through structured rotations.

Business Engagement

• Participate in business challenges.
• Work effectively across the organization to guarantee future success.
• Develop teamwork and maximize team performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Recent graduate from 2023 onwards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good prioritizing, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
