Role Overview

Electromechanical Facilities Engineer at Burjline Builders. The role supports the operation and maintenance of electromechanical building systems, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered effectively, safely, and in accordance with required technical standards.

Role Purpose

Support the operation and maintenance of electromechanical building systems, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered effectively, safely, and in accordance with required technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Coordinate preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities.
• Monitor electrical, mechanical, ELV, HVAC, and associated electromechanical systems.
• Monitor system performance and reliability.

Technical Assessment & Troubleshooting

• Conduct technical inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical faults and recommend corrective solutions.

Team & Contractor Management

• Coordinate supervisors, technicians, and specialist contractors.
• Support planning and supervision of technical teams.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with QHSE and applicable technical standards.
• Prepare technical reports and maintenance recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' Facility Management experience.
• Experience with similar-sized projects within the GCC.
• Good knowledge of standards applicable within Qatar.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and ELV systems.
• Good understanding of Quality Management and QHSE requirements.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.

Additional Information

• QCDD certification preferred.
• Grade B classification by Kahramaa / competent authority preferred.
