Role Purpose
Provide support in the design and implementation of student recruitment into Ajman University's Dual Degree Programs, taking ownership for new products from conception to maturity. Ensure growth of international student programs, develop and implement marketing and recruitment activities, oversee student program operations, and meet relevant KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct detailed internal and external market analysis to design product and recruitment strategy.
- Work with AU colleges to identify target programs and partner institutions for development of Dual Degrees and other new programs with an appealing offer for AU students.
Student Recruitment & Pipeline Management
- Generate student interest and demand for Dual Degree programs and meet KPIs for this activity.
- Generate and manage student pipelines through full product and sales lifecycle.
- Serve as main contact for all Dual Degrees and allocated programs.
Operations & Budget
- Manage Student Programs Coordinator and Events Coordinator.
- Manage and develop operations and staff in student-facing activities.
- Coordinate budget and product P&L for all marketing and promotional activities.
Stakeholder Liaison & Process Improvement
- Liaise with AU offices for streamlined processes and program delivery.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and analyses.
- Prepare presentations and promotional materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, International Studies, or related field.
- 5+ years relevant experience in marketing, program management, or curriculum development.
- Experience designing student programs and curriculum development.
- Experience managing complex projects in higher education.
- Experience supervising teams and department workflows.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency and energy in driving sales pipelines to increase student participation.
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal abilities in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Additional Information
- Office-based with occasional evening and weekend work.
- May involve accompanying student tours.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and support travel activities as needed.
- Reports to: Director, Office of International Academic Affairs.
- Supervises: Events Coordinator, Student Programs Coordinator, and interns periodically.
