Driver - Delivery (L)

Role Overview

Delivery Driver (L) at Kout Food Group. The Delivery Driver transports goods from a distribution center to customers or retail locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Role Purpose

Pick up food from the restaurant and deliver it to customers while ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining vehicle safety, and providing excellent customer service through timely service and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

• Safely and promptly deliver food orders to customers, ensuring the correct items are included.
• Review and verify orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and work efficiently to meet delivery timeframes.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.

Vehicle Management

• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any issues to management.

Communication & Coordination

• Maintain communication with restaurant staff and management regarding delivery status and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license issued 2013 or later.
• Clean driving record required.
