Role Overview

Door Attendant at Hilton, located at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah.

Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional hospitality by welcoming guests, managing luggage transport and storage, and assisting with guest transportation while maintaining property standards and creating memorable experiences throughout each guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Familiarize guests with their rooms and hotel amenities.
• Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.

Luggage & Baggage Services

• Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
• Handle all luggage with care and attention to detail.

Facility & Equipment Maintenance

• Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
• Maintain equipment standards to ensure reliable service delivery.
