Director β Private Banking GCC Coverage at Emirates Islamic Bank, a market-leading financial services organization across the MENAT region with presence in 13 countries and over 9 million customers.

Role Purpose
As a cornerstone of the Private Banking Front Office team, you will drive revenue generation by managing high-value client portfolios, generating Net New Money and Revenues, and identifying and cultivating new prospects within the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Client Development
- Generate Net New Money and Revenues for the bank.
- Manage high-value portfolios driving substantial revenue growth and overseeing a book of business.
- Identify and cultivate new prospects, transforming them into valued clients.
- Contribute to the growth of the Private Bank by maintaining and expanding existing client relationships in the GCC Market while identifying and developing new prospects into bank clients.
Asset Growth & Investment Solutions
- Increase the share of invested assets by providing tailored solutions and exploring investment opportunities with clients.
- Conduct regular account reviews with Investment Advisors.
- Increase client share of wallet and diversify the Private Bank by collaborating on direct investment opportunities.
Cross-Business Partnership & Team Development
- Build strong partnerships across ENBD business lines, including Corporate, Retail, Investment Banking, and Asset Management.
- Foster teamwork and develop team members by introducing clients and prospects to senior team members.
- Seek guidance and support from senior team members for relationship management and product development.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Finance or Bachelor's degree.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Financial Services.
- Experience covering GCC Markets.
- CFA or equivalent financial services qualifications (Desirable).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of assets & liabilities products, capital markets, portfolio management and investment products.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance, due diligence, and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Basic knowledge of legal structures such as offshore accounts & trusts.
