Role Overview
Director Private Banking at Emirates Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi. You will play a key role in Front Office Relationship Management with primary focus on revenue generation.

Role Purpose
Manage high-value portfolios and drive revenue generation by maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, attracting Net New Money, and identifying, developing and converting new prospects into valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Relationship Management
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships while identifying and developing new prospects into bank clients.
- Manage high-value portfolios with primary focus on revenue generation.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Contribute to the growth of the Private Bank.
- Accelerate business growth and attract Net New Money.
- Generate sustainable revenue for the bank.
- Increase the share of invested assets by providing tailored solutions and exploring investment opportunities with clients.
Client Development & Cross-Selling
- Conduct regular account reviews with Investment Advisors.
- Increase client share of wallet and diversify the Private Bank by collaborating on direct investment opportunities.
- Build strong partnerships across ENBD business lines, including Corporate, Retail, Investment Banking, and Asset Management.
Team Leadership & Development
- Foster an entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity within the team by leading by example.
- Inspire junior team members.
- Successfully develop your own client portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Finance or Bachelor's degree.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Financial Services.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Middle Eastern markets.
- CFA or equivalent financial services qualifications (Desirable).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of assets & liabilities products, capital markets, portfolio management and investment products.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance, due diligence, and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Knowledge of basic legal structures such as offshore accounts & trusts.
