Role Purpose
Lead the design, execution, and management of IT strategy and infrastructure for the property, ensuring all systems, networks, and technology services operate at peak performance, comply with corporate standards, and support business objectives while building and maintaining a high-performing IT team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Lead the design and execution of IT strategy, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, staffing, and maintenance.
- Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with both area/cluster and corporate objectives.
Infrastructure & Performance
- Manage network upgrades, directory structures, and system maintenance to optimize performance, security, and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee IT infrastructure setup and maintenance.
- Ensure all hardware, software, and network configurations comply with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements.
Technical Operations
- Identify and implement solutions to user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity.
- Ensure seamless technology experience for employees and guests.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with property management to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Support business needs and maintain critical site systems.
Financial Management
- Oversee technology expenditures and payroll.
- Ensure financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines.
Team Leadership
- Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
- Cultivate a high-performing IT team.
