Role Purpose

Lead and drive the resort's catering and events business to achieve revenue and profitability goals while building strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and social event planners. Oversee the planning and flawless execution of luxury events, weddings, and corporate functions to enhance the resort's reputation and deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Four Seasons service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize catering and banquet revenue.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and social event planners.
• Analyze market trends and business opportunities to grow market share.
• Identify new business opportunities through commercial acumen and market analysis.

Operations & Execution

• Oversee the planning and flawless execution of luxury events, weddings, and corporate functions.
• Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure all events reflect Four Seasons service standards and enhance the resort's reputation.

Leadership & Team Development

• Mentor, inspire, and develop a high-performing catering sales team.
• Lead the catering sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven leadership experience in catering, events, or banquet sales within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
• Established network within the UAE luxury events, corporate, and wedding market.

Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Full proficiency in English and Arabic.
