Role Purpose

As Director - Development, you will guide complex real estate projects from strategy through delivery, balancing commercial, operational, and stakeholder priorities while driving large-scale destination developments forward in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end development strategy for large-scale mixed-use destination projects.

Budget & Financial Management

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, feasibility studies, and delivery milestones.
• Drive feasibility analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling across project lifecycle.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders across development phases.
• Mentor development teams and present project updates to senior leadership.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholder relationships.

Contracts & Compliance

• Drive contract negotiations, risk management, and regulatory compliance for development initiatives.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, or a related field.
• 12-15 years of leadership experience in large-scale real estate development, including mixed-use projects.
• Strong experience with feasibility analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and project lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholder relationships.
• Experience negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
