Role Purpose
You are responsible for overall commercial governance of residential projects from initial conception through completion. You will leverage industry expertise to align operational and financial strategies, ensuring realization of development goals while maximizing profitability and minimizing risk.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Commercial Framework
- Formulate and execute the strategic commercial framework for all residential initiatives, aligning with Qiddiya's broader corporate vision.
Team Leadership
- Lead and inspire a high-performance team of commercial professionals tasked with managing procurement, contracts, and financial aspects of residential projects.
- Provide mentorship and professional guidance to the commercial team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor and contractor relationships to secure optimal outcomes for Qiddiya's residential developments.
Financial Oversight
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets.
Risk & Compliance
- Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and operational standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, construction, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, local authorities, and community groups.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a relevant field; advanced qualifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of commercial management experience in the residential property sector.
- Deep understanding of the complete project lifecycle.
