Role Overview
Director, CMS at SAFE Security. This role leads and operates cash management services, develops strategies to establish and maintain market leadership, and ensures secure cash management delivery while monitoring budget and profitability.
Role Purpose
Lead the cash management services business unit to achieve market leadership position. Define new requirements and processes, manage existing operations, drive continuous improvement, and establish stakeholder relationships. Ensure alignment with standard operating procedures and industrial best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Development
- Implement corporate strategy and achieve short-term and long-term objectives set by Executive Management.
- Lead development and implementation of cash management services strategies in line with industrial practices and regulations.
- Define new requirements and processes for cash management services.
Operations Management
- Oversee centralized Cash Services operations, including CIT, ATM, and MBCC.
- Manage existing processes and drive continuous business improvement.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and manage mobilization and demobilization of all new and existing projects.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance in project implementation.
- Develop specific plans to mitigate and address identified risks.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage cash services budgets.
- Plan, manage, and report on cash management services budget.
- Ensure departmental profitability.
Human Capital Development
- Motivate human resources and develop human resources knowledge and skills.
- Define recruitment and training requirements in coordination with departmental heads and HR.
- Foster a culture of cooperation, learning, development, and leadership.
- Deliver ongoing feedback and address performance issues.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performance management team.
- Provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.

- Establish working relationships between various stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Criminal Justice, or Management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in various roles.

- Maintain records of incidents according to set policies and procedures.
- Track and store information to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Share information across the organization to ensure others have up-to-date knowledge of records.
