Category P&L & Performance

• Own category P&L performance and profitability
• Develop strategies increasing sales and market share

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Manage supplier relationships and negotiation outcomes

Team Leadership & Execution

• Deliver KPI-driven team performance and execution

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years category management or merchandising experience
• Proven leadership experience managing teams
• Strong analytical skills with retail and commercial KPIs
• Experience with pricing, assortment, and promotion planning
• Knowledge of procurement and vendor negotiation practices
