Role Purpose

Serve as the bridge between product decision-makers and development teams. Gather customer needs, define and prioritize the Product Backlog, plan realization with the team, and determine product release timing.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Backlog Management

• Gather customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Define and order the Product Backlog based on priorities and stakeholder input.
• Decide when product increments are ready for release to customers.

Team Collaboration & Planning

• Liaise with decision-makers about the product vision and strategic direction.
• Partner with development teams to plan how to realize the Backlog.
• Coordinate release planning and execution with cross-functional stakeholders.
