Role Overview
Dental Sales Consultant at P&G, representing Oral-B in Dubai. You will serve as a Field Sales Consultant and critical first point of contact with Dental Health Professionals in your assigned territory.

Role Purpose
You will drive usage and recommendation of Oral-B amongst dental professionals, improve Oral-B presence in dental practices, and collaborate with your manager to develop and implement strategies and business plans that deliver KPIs including Usage, Recommendation, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales & Territory Management
- Visit an aligned number of dental professionals in your assigned territory.
- Develop expertise in Dental and Oral Health, clinical research, product knowledge, persuasive selling, and technical support.
- Execute territory management and development with excellent organization and time management skills.
Stakeholder Engagement & Education
- Educate and raise awareness on Oral-B regimen to obtain usage and deliver impactful recommendations to patients.
- Partner with dental professionals to deliver conversion to the Oral-B regimen.
- Demonstrate positive relationship building skills in initial engagements with multi-functional teams.
- Represent the face of Oral-B and P&G Company to Dental Health Professionals.
Growth & Results Delivery
- Deliver Usage and Recommendation growth from Dental Professionals in line with Business Unit goals.
- Deliver market penetration and gain New Users via Dental Recommendation.
Events & Industry Engagement
- Occasionally attend Dental industry events, trade fairs, and conferences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Dentistry, Oral Hygiene, Pharmaceutical, or any related scientific field.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG.
- Professional sales experience and/or a dental/healthcare background.
- Experience, education in Dentistry/Oral Health, or qualification as a Registered Dental Professional (Dentist/Hygienist/OHT) is preferred, but not required.
- Candidates will ideally have Dental/Oral care sales, Healthcare sales, and/or Science background.

- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment by making independent decisions to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, especially for field-based roles involving frequent travel by car.
- Excellent territory management and development skills.
Additional Information
- Full-time position.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willingness to travel on the job; locations are field-based.
- Must reside in or be willing to personally relocate to live within Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi. Financial assistance for relocation is not available.
- Interstate travel required for industry events, trade fairs, and conferences.
