Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Quality

• Prepare dishes by seasoning, cooking, and testing according to standard recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation across all dishes
• Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Kitchen Supervision & Operations

• Supervise line cooks and junior kitchen team members
• Provide support in the absence of senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintain all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination

Guest Experience & Compliance

• Assist with guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
