Role Overview
Demi Chef de Partie at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. This position is part of our Hotels team, delivering exceptional hospitality through culinary excellence and support to the kitchen operation.
Role Purpose
Oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes while supporting junior kitchen staff and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. Your work directly contributes to memorable dining experiences that define a guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Preparation
- Prepare dishes by seasoning, cooking, and testing according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Team Supervision
- Supervise line cooks and provide support in the absence of senior chefs to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Kitchen Operations
- Maintain all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination.
- Monitor ingredient quality, ensuring proper storage and stock rotation.
Regulatory & Safety Compliance
- Uphold compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
Guest Service
- Assist with guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring a positive dining experience.
