Role Purpose

Support the Executive Chef in food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety and customer service across all kitchen output.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation

• Prepare appetizers, meat and vegetables for entrees under the direction of the Executive Chef.
• Ensure proper presentation of food for all service.

Quality & Service

• Deliver the highest quality food in a timely manner to every customer.

Team Leadership & Training

• Participate in selecting and training new members of the kitchen team.

Health & Safety

• Follow and enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen and personal hygiene.

Operations

• Work efficiently and quickly under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or any culinary degree.
• Minimum one year of experience as Demi Chef in Hotels and Restaurants.

• Eye for detail to achieve operation excellence.
