Role Overview

Delivery Manager at Masterworks (subsidiary Adree), based at HQ. The role leads end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and digital solutions, ensuring successful execution within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget across the Saudi market.

Role Purpose

Lead the successful delivery of software development, digital transformation, and IT projects from initiation through deployment and handover. Manage cross-functional technical teams, client expectations, and project performance to ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, and compliance within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development, digital transformation, and IT projects from initiation through deployment and handover.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure effective testing, quality assurance, deployment, and client handover.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, QA, DevOps, business analysis, and other technical functions.
• Manage project resources, team capacity, workload, and delivery priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage delivery without direct hierarchical authority.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, managing expectations, requirements, escalations, and delivery updates.
• Manage relationships with vendors, third-party providers, and technology partners.
• Manage strong client-facing project delivery and stakeholder management.

Delivery Methodology & Governance

• Manage Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate project planning, status reporting, governance meetings, and executive-level updates.

Performance Monitoring & Quality

• Monitor project progress and delivery performance through KPIs, SLAs, sprint velocity, burndown, defect rates, and milestone completion.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies in a timely manner.

Financial Management

• Monitor project financial performance and ensure delivery remains within the approved budget.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in IT delivery, project management, software development management, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise software, web, mobile, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience in client-facing project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing external vendors, third-party providers, and technology partners.
• Previous experience in a technology consultancy, system integrator, or client-site delivery environment is preferred.
• Saudi/GCC market experience is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Good understanding of SDLC, software development, cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with delivery and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, resource planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with technologies such as .NET, Azure, OutSystems, Creatio, or similar enterprise technology platforms is preferred.

Additional Information

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications are preferred.
