Artefact is a new generation of data service provider specialising in data consulting and data-driven digital marketing. The company is dedicated to transforming data into business impact across the entire value chain of organisations. The Data Consulting team comprises more than 400 consultants covering all Artefact's offers, including data marketing, data governance, strategy consulting, and product ownership.

Role Purpose

To manage consulting projects and drive business growth by delivering data-driven solutions that combine business and technical expertise, working in a fast-paced, fast-growing industry where intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and dynamism are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Business Management

• Manage consulting projects from conception through delivery.
• Lead business growth initiatives within the Data Consulting team.

Expertise Development

• Establish deep expertise in a specific field or develop versatility across multiple domains.
• Wield both business and data knowledge to solve client challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in Management Consultancy, ideally within Strategy Consulting or Data Consulting.
• Graduation from Business School or Engineering program.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in BI tools or data analysis.
• Experience in a digital marketing consulting firm.

Skills & Competencies

• Intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and dynamism.
• Understanding of digital technologies including Tracking, Machine Learning, Retargeting Behavioural Targeting (RTB), Big Data, and Platform as a Service.
• Foundational knowledge of data and digital business concepts with commitment to ongoing development.
• Combination of business acumen and technical data skills.
