Role Purpose
To plan, prepare, and deliver engaging instructional lessons within an international curriculum framework while fostering a safe and inclusive classroom environment, evaluating student progress, addressing diverse learning needs, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to support students' academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Curriculum Delivery
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards.
- Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations.
Classroom Environment & Management
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
- Proven teaching qualifications, professional teaching license, or equivalent (QTS or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience with exposure to international curriculum.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in the subject matter.
- Well-developed teaching skills and classroom management abilities.
- Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding standards.
- Ability to inspire students and build strong partnerships with parents.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic academic team.
