Role Purpose

Manage all aspects of import and export customs clearance operations, ensuring compliance with Dubai customs regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and system submissions, and resolving customs-related issues to support seamless international trade.

Key Responsibilities

Customs Clearance & Documentation

• Manage import and export customs clearance, including documentation and system submissions.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and maintain standardized processes.
• Confirm HS codes for products and materials.
• Proficient in customs declaration processes and Dubai Trade systems.

Inventory & Compliance

• Monitor bonded inventory and perform monthly reconciliation and analysis.
• Support inspections and audits and resolve customs-related issues.

Regulatory & Coordination

• Coordinate with customs authorities and stay updated on regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai customs clearance, preferably in Free Zone operations.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs regulations and HS code classification.
• CCE or CTLP certification is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Dubai Trade systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
