Role Overview
Customer Representative, Sales GHH at Organon. This is a regular, full-time sales position supporting customers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.

Role Purpose
Support customers by providing clinical information about products, educational resources, and clinical training programs. Enable healthcare providers and systems to meet patient care goals in their communities while closing direct sales to achieve individual, team, and organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Pipeline Development
- Close direct sales of products to meet individual and team targets and organizational business objectives.
- Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
- Conduct sales calls directly from and to prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer questions.
- Build rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Provide clinical information about products to healthcare providers.
- Deliver educational information and clinical training programs and resources.
Service Delivery
- Ensure optimum customer experience and satisfaction by following established processes and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Registered with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good command of English language.
- Self-motivated and energetic with drive to excel.
