Customer Relationship Officer (Pipeline) β Home Finance at Emirates Islamic Bank, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Role Purpose
To acquire, manage, and retain customers for Home Finance products by providing professional sales and advisory services. The role is responsible for generating new business, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the Home Finance journey while ensuring compliance with regulatory and Shariah requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell Home Finance products to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads through branch referrals, direct sales activities, real estate developers, brokers, and personal networks.
- Meet financial targets across all products.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and quality targets set by the business.
- Cross-sell relevant banking products such as accounts, cards, Takaful, investments, and liability products where appropriate.
Customer Advisory & Service
- Discuss customers' financial circumstances and offer guidance on bank products and services that meet their needs.
- Assess customer financing needs and recommend suitable Home Finance solutions.
- Guide customers through the application process and ensure accurate documentation submission.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to provide updates on application status.
- Provide quality customer service and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Deal with complaints.
Relationship & Partnership Management
- Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, property developers, and external business partners.
- Ability to build and maintain business networks.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Legal, Valuation, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth processing and timely approvals.
Compliance & Market Intelligence
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with the bank's policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and property market developments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1β3 years of experience in Home Finance, Mortgage Sales, Retail Banking Sales, or Financial Services.
- Experience in the UAE banking sector is preferred.
