CRM Senior Specialist

Role Overview

CRM Senior Specialist at Majid Al Futtaim, supporting the MAF LifeStyle Marketing & Communication team.

Role Purpose

Own the CRM channel and drive performance across 12+ ecommerce websites and apps by managing the setup and ongoing support of the CRM ecosystem. Work closely with the CRM team, Trade Team, and Brand Marketing team to ensure campaigns are fully integrated across the marketing communications mix and facilitate the sharing of results, ideas, and best practice across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns through Braze.
• Implement CRM campaigns across email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other channels to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Content & Design Optimization

• Ensure that email content and layouts are optimized for various devices to enhance user experience.
• Manage marketing newsletters, from content planning to creation, testing, on-time deployment, and analysis.

Performance & Insights

• Oversee the utilization and performance of CRM tools to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish email performance benchmarks, summarize key insights, and recommend actions to improve email performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Analysis

• Assist in market, segment, and customer research and analysis.
• Work with the marketing team and the BI team to develop customized offers and promotions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience working in marketing, advertising, media, or a related field with experience of managing CRM.
• Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of Braze CRM.
• Knowledge of Arabic Language is preferred.
