Role Overview

HanmiGlobal Saudi is recruiting a Cost Control professional to manage and monitor project costs effectively across various construction projects. The role is based in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Ensure accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to support project financial health and successful delivery across construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor project expenditures and prepare detailed cost reports.
• Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.

Systems and Procedures

• Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers and finance teams to ensure budget adherence.
• Support contract administration and change management processes with accurate cost data.

Cost Optimization and Compliance

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in risk mitigation related to project costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in cost control within construction or engineering sectors.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction industry standards is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
