Role Overview

Corporate Sales Engineer - GCC (Remote, UAE) at CrowdStrike. This remote position supports the corporate team in deploying, configuring and demonstrating CrowdStrike's security platform to prospective customers.

Role Purpose

You will be responsible for changing what the security market and customers believe is possible with CrowdStrike's next-generation endpoint cybersecurity technology. You will develop technical champions within opportunities, deliver demonstrations and technical expertise to prospective customers, and manage the evaluation and proof of value process to successful conclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Technical Engagement

• Own and develop the technical champion in the opportunities.
• Ask open and challenging discovery questions that help uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers' feedback and resolution of issues requiring support team assistance.
• Work with a wide range of customers, partners, sales and pre-sales teams to articulate the functionality, value and benefits of solutions.

Product Demonstrations & Technical Messaging

• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging.

Proof of Value & Evaluation

• Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria demonstrating the benefits and value of the platform.
• Manage the evaluation process to successful conclusion.

Technical Expertise & Innovation

• Learn and test different cybersecurity attack techniques against the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
• Continuously up-skill and learn both technically and commercially while staying current on the latest trends in the industry.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record in technical roles (support, consulting, or systems engineering) with demonstrated self-direction and organisational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Native fluency and business level Arabic and English.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

• Exceptional communication abilities, delivering clear and impactful presentations to both technical and business audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities, with demonstrated success in analysing and resolving complex technical challenges under pressure.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to quickly evaluate complex architectures and identify security vulnerabilities and optimisation opportunities.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and competitive drive, with passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Technical understanding of incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and endpoint security including anti-virus solutions (bonus).
• Malware analysis experience and cybersecurity expertise (bonus).
• MEDDIC/Value Selling awareness (bonus).
