Coordinator, Coiled Tubing

Role Overview

Coordinator, Coiled Tubing at ADNOC. The role sits within Pressure Pumping / Coiled Tubing & Well Services under Oil Field Services / Pressure Pumping.

Role Purpose

Coordinate all operations related to cementing in Oil Field Services. Work with operations, technical, maintenance, logistics, HSE and client-facing teams to support safe, compliant and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Coordination

• Coordinate coiled tubing operations and personnel assignments.
• Monitor equipment readiness and job progress.
• Maintain operational continuity in field environments.
• Deliver reliable Well Services operations.

Quality & Compliance

• Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Conduct HSE inspections and monitor corrective actions.
• Ensure safe execution and compliance with ADNOC Drilling procedures.
• Maintain HSE and asset integrity standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Facilitate client interaction and communication.
• Support service documentation for client records.
• Deliver timely service delivery.

Problem-Solving

• Apply highly specialized and advanced skills in problem recognition and solution development.
• Address key challenges: maintaining HSE and asset integrity, equipment readiness, operational continuity, accurate documentation, and effective coordination in field environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent minimum qualification.
• 10 years' experience in an oilfield operations environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of computer software skills.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Technical competence in specialized oilfield operations.
• Teamwork and customer focus orientation.
• Ability to use highly specialized and advanced skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development.
