Role Overview
Contract Administrator at HanmiGlobal Saudi. The successful candidate will manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and foster successful relationships with contractors and suppliers.
Role Purpose
To prepare, review, and manage contracts from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company standards, legal compliance, and successful delivery of contractual obligations across all stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions in alignment with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and related correspondence.
- Ensure all contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance.
- Analyze contract risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Resolve any contract-related disputes or issues promptly.
Monitoring & Delivery
- Monitor contract deadlines, deliverables, and financial milestones.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in contract administration within the construction or engineering industry is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian contract regulations and standards is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and contract management software.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
